Meet Tigger – Our Handsome Stripey Lurcher!
Tigger is a gorgeous 3-year-old Lurcher who is looking for a special home where he can continue to grow in confidence and discover just how lovely life can be.
When Tigger first arrived with us, he found the big wide world a rather overwhelming place. Everything was new and a little bit scary, but with time, patience and gentle encouragement, this lovely boy is slowly beginning to come out of his shell. It’s been wonderful watching him gain confidence at his own pace, and we’re sure there is so much more to his personality waiting to shine through.
Tigger is starting to enjoy getting out and about for walks, particularly when he has another doggy friend by his side. We think he would really benefit from living with a calm, friendly and confident dog who could help show him the ropes and reassure him that the world isn’t such a scary place after all.
At the moment, though, Tigger’s absolute favourite place to be is tucked up underneath the desk in our office, keeping us company while we work! He seems to love simply being near his people, and if you work from home, he could be the perfect four-legged colleague. Don’t expect him to answer your emails, but he’s very good at keeping you company!
Tigger needs a quiet, understanding home with patient people who will allow him the time and space he needs to settle in and build his confidence. Another calm, friendly dog would be a real bonus and could help him navigate his new life.
He will need an adult-only home while he settles, where there are no little ones to add to the hustle and bustle.
Tigger may not be the most confident boy just yet, but watching him blossom is incredibly rewarding. All he needs is someone willing to believe in him, take things at his pace and show him that life can be full of lovely things.
Could you be the person to help our handsome stripey boy find his confidence and his forever home?
