Meet Pippa!

Pippa is a 1-year-old Jack Russell Terrier cross who is full of personality, confidence and life! She is very much a typical JRT — bold, vocal, curious and always ready to take on the world. This little lady certainly knows her own mind!

But beneath that confident exterior is a very affectionate girl who absolutely loves people. Pippa enjoys attention and has a lovely, loving side that she is more than happy to show once she gets to know you.

Pippa loves her walks and enjoys getting out and exploring. She walks at a good pace, so she will need an active and fit owner who can keep up with her and give her plenty of exercise and enrichment. That said, she also enjoys doing what JRTs do best — stopping to sniff absolutely everything along the way!

Pippa loves playing with her toys and is happiest when she has something to do. She really is a little bundle of energy and enthusiasm.

Pippa is a very bright girl, but she is currently at the stage where she rather thinks the world should revolve around her! She will need an owner who is committed to her ongoing training, willing to set clear boundaries and provide the structure and consistency she needs. She is clever and picks things up quickly, so with the right guidance, patience and positive training, we believe she will become a fantastic companion.

We’re looking for an active, committed family who will make Pippa part of their lives and give her the time, training, exercise and attention she needs. Pippa would need to be the only dog in the home. She may be able to live with older children following a successful introduction.

Pippa is not a quiet, laid-back little dog — she is a character with a big personality and plenty to say! But for the right family, her confidence, affection and zest for life will make her a wonderful companion.
