Say hello to Pickle, a gorgeous 3-year-old Staffy with a whole lot of love to give and an even bigger smile!

Pickle is a fun-loving, affectionate boy who absolutely adores his toys and is very treat motivated, making training a rewarding and enjoyable experience. He has so much potential and, with the right person by his side, we know he can continue to blossom into the wonderful dog we know he can be.

As a stray, Pickle hasn’t had the easiest start in life and will need a confident, committed owner who understands that he may need a little guidance while he learns about the world around him. Continuing his socialisation will be an important part of helping Pickle build his confidence and develop the skills he needs to thrive.

The fantastic news is that Pickle has already made huge improvements with his anxiety around other dogs in the short time he has been with us. This is a brilliant indication of his willingness to learn, grow and overcome his worries, and we’re incredibly proud of how far he has already come.

For now, Pickle would need to be the only pet in the home so that he can have his new family’s full attention while he continues working on his confidence and social skills.

Pickle may be able to live with children aged 16+, following a successful introduction and provided his new family is confident in helping him settle into his new life.
