I’m a 10-month-old Terrier, and right now I’m still finding the world a little overwhelming. I have came a long way since arriving at Durham’s dogs and cats home, my confidence boosted with each cuddle and adventure! however, life in kennels can still be tricky for me, and I’m easily startled by loud noises like barking dogs. But don’t let that put you off – once I learn to trust you I’m an absolute sweetheart who loves nothing more than a cuddle and some gentle reassurance.

I’m curious by nature and enjoy exploring, but only when I feel safe and secure. I’ll need an owner who is patient, understanding, and prepared to put in the time and effort to help me build confidence in the outside world. I’m looking for an active person or family who can give me both love and guidance as I grow.

Because of my sensitive nature, I’ll need to be the only dog in the home and will do best in an adult-only household (16+). With the right support, I know I can blossom into a happy, confident, and loving companion.
