Bobby - Durham Dogs & Cats Home

Bobby

Y

I’m a 4-year-old chihuahua with a big heart and a lot of love to give. Life has been a little confusing lately—I found myself in kennels through no fault of my own—but I’ve been doing my best to stay brave, and I’m really hoping to find my forever home soon.

I can be a bit unsure when I first meet new people, but it doesn’t take me long to realise who’s there to be my friend. Once I feel safe, I warm up quickly and love nothing more than cuddles, gentle fuss, and being close to my humans.

I’m a great little walking buddy and very well-behaved on the lead. I’ve also been getting along nicely with other dogs, so I could possibly share my new home with a friendly canine companion—after a proper introduction, of course!

Because I can be a little shy at first, I’d be happiest in a calm home without young children. Older, dog-savvy children (10+) might be okay though, as long as they understand that I need a little time and patience to get to know new friends.

I’m a loving, loyal little boy who’s ready for a fresh start and a family who will cherish me. If you think we could be the perfect match, I’d really love to meet you.
