I’m a 2½-year-old Patterdale Terrier, and I’m on the lookout for my perfect forever home.

I’m a super affectionate little lad who absolutely loves cuddles. If you’ve got a comfy sofa or a warm lap, I’ll happily curl up and keep you company. But don’t be fooled by my snuggly side—I’ve got lots of energy too! I can jump all the way up to your waist, and I adore zooming around my play pen with my favourite toys. Playtime is the best time!

I’m very friendly with people and I get excited for my walks. I’m still learning how to walk nicely on the lead, so I’d love someone who can help me practise and cheer me on. I’m a clever boy, so I know I’ll get the hang of it with a bit of patience.

When it comes to other dogs, I can feel a little unsure, so I do best with slow, gentle introductions. Because of that, I’d prefer to be the only dog in my new home—it helps me feel safe and confident. If there are children around, I’d be happiest living with dog-savvy kids aged 13 or over who understand my boundaries.
